Return Policy

• Returns within Cairo are permitted only with the same delivery representative.
• For customers in other governorates:
• Product inspection is available only for single-item orders.
• Partial returns are not available.
• If the customer wishes to inspect the product, they must make an advance payment for the shipping cost via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash at the time of placing the order.
