Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return & Refund Policy
At Gerbera Weeza, we strive to provide high-quality fashion and an excellent shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned or refunded:
Luxurious Clothing – This includes all premium collections and exclusive pieces.
Kaftans – Due to their delicate craftsmanship, kaftans are final sale.
Soirée Wear – Evening and occasion wear are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items – Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
The only exception to this policy is if your order arrives damaged or defective due to a courier issue. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Return Policy for Casual Wear
We accept returns only for casual wear items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The tags are still attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible items:
Email us at info@gerberaweeza.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued only for eligible casual wear returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue store credit instead.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item if it is eligible.
